Miss Rites of Passage Melbourne

Miss Rites of Passage finally has come to Melbourne. Launched at our Sydney Rites of Passage Tattoo Festival in 2016, Miss ROP comes back to the Main Stage at Royal Exhibition Building, Carlton this April. The top 10 most elite ladies around the Nation are hand selected to celebrate a growing tattoo-culture… and get the crowd enticed.

This is no ordinary scout for tattooed-girls, we are looking for beautiful women with a strong sense of self and stage presence. We are looking for women who come together with other women to build each other stronger. And most of all, we are about having fun and bringing great energy and entertainment to our crowd.

Finalists are hand-picked by a show team panel. Entrants must submit an application with images of their tattoos and artwork visible. Please include links to social media platforms. In a small paragraph, detail your reasons for applying.

Miss Rites of Passage is crowned after three rounds on the runway.

Round 1: Urban Melbourne Streetwear Culture

Round 2: Lingerie

Round 3: Little Black Dress Attire

A panel of Three national judges will be present at the Main Stage. The first ever Miss ROP Melbourne will take home a $1000 CASH Prize, Bottle of Moet & Chandon and an 8-Page Feature Spread in The International Magazine with all-inclusive Port Folio Photo-shoot and prints (Valued at over $1500).

This segment of the Rites of Passage Tattoo Festival will be sure to draw in a large crowd. Melbourne, do you have that little bit of sass mixed in with class? Let’s light this stage on fire!
